In which the internet directed me to my next home.

Some people might think that noisy streets and too much night time “activity” is a CON, but this shit is on my PRO list.

I thought about the Upper East Side because of all the pretty apartment buildings and the proximity to Central Park. But then I read that there isn’t much street life in Upper Manhattan, and you know how some parents stay away from neighborhoods with too many sex offenders? I stay away from neighborhoods with little to no nightlife, which is far worse in my drunk humble opinion. 

PLUS, A Lower East Side chef defended Four Loko. 

I can’t fucking wait.
