On Tuesday I bought this beanie because my head was cold. That night someone came up to me at Union Square and asked me where I’m from. “California,” I said. “Oh because you look kinda French. Maybe it’s the beanie.” Oh ok I thought. Today I was at a coffee shop in the West Village and someone came up to me and said he liked my beanie. “It makes you look like a gypsy.” OH OK.
